- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [200 g] sugar
- 6 ounces [190 mL] evaporated milk
- 1 knob butter

- Into a casserole, mix together brown sugar, sugar and evaporated milk.
- Bring mixture to a boil; leave to simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter, until thickening.
- Pour mixture into a mold; leave to cool completely, before cutting.
