- 1 [3-ounce / 85-g] pack strawberry-flavored gelatine
- 1 cup [250 mL] boilling water
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly hulled small strawberries

- Into a large bowl, dissolve strawberry-flavored gelatine into boiling water.
- Refrigerate until just starting to set.
- Fold in whipped cream and strawberries.
- Delicately spoon mixture into a nice mold.
- Refrigerate until set, before serving.
