Strawberry Mousse

  • 1 [3-ounce / 85-g] pack strawberry-flavored gelatine
  • 1 cup [250 mL] boilling water
  • 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 cup [250 mL] freshly hulled small strawberries
  • Into a large bowl, dissolve strawberry-flavored gelatine into boiling water.
  • Refrigerate until just starting to set.
  • Fold in whipped cream and strawberries.
  • Delicately spoon mixture into a nice mold.
  • Refrigerate until set, before serving.
