Coconut Squares

Servings: 1 [13 x 8-inch / 33 x 20-cm] baking pan
  • 1 cup [225 g] butter
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] Graham cookie crumbs
  • 7 ounces [200 g] grated coconut
  • 7 ounces [200 g] semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
  • 15 ounces [450 mL] sweetened condensed mill
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Softened butter into a large bowl.
  • Mix in Graham cookie crumbs, grated coconut, chocolate chips, chopped nuts and sweetened condensed milk, until really well combined.
  • Evenly spread mixture into an]13 x 8-inch [33 x 20-cm] baking pan.
  • Lightly press then bake mixture into preheated oven, for 25 minutes.
  • Leave to cool completely, before cutting into squares.
