Icing Sugar Vanilla Fudge

  • 6 ounces [190 mL] evaporated milk
  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter
  • Bring together evaporated milk and brwn sugar to a boil.
  • Leave to boil for exactely 5 minutes after seeing the first bubbles appear on top of mixture.
  • Remove from heat; mix in icing sugar and butter, until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered dish; leave to harden, before cutting into squares.
