  • 1 hot drained boiled potato
  • Icing sugar
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Well crush hot potato mixing in enough icing sugar to get a mixture resembling easy to roll dough.
  • Roll mixture using a rolling pin.
  • Cover mixture with creamy peanut butter.
  • With your hands, roll mixture as you would a cake roll.
  • Refrigerate roll for 1 hour, before slicing roll.
