- 2 cups [500 mL] vanilla ice cream
- Approximately 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] mint extract [2 thimbles]
- Green food coloring, to taste

- Lightly soften vanilla ice cream mixing in mint extract.
- Color mixture to taste using green food coloring; freeze to harden.
- Serve mixture into nice individual dessert dishes.
