- 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
- 1/4 pound [113 g] ground pork
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
Sauce
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] vinegar
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] water

- Mix together ground beef, ground pork and milk.
- Shape mixture into small balls.
- Into a casserole, mix together vinegar, 3/4 cup [190 mL] water, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt and garlic salt.
- Bring sauce to a boil, then add meatballs.
- Leave to simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
- Dilute cornstarch into 1 tablespoon [15 mL] water; stirring pour mixture into hot mixture.
- Leave sauce to thicken to taste before serving meatballs, coated with sauce.
