- 8 pork chops
- 3 medium onions, chopped
Spicy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] paprika
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] chili powder
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] catsup
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water

- Into a bowl, mix together all spicy sauce ingredients [vinegar, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, catsup and water]; set aside.
- Into a large frypan, brown together pork chops on both sides with chopped onions.
- Pour reserved spicy sauce into frypan.
- Leave to simmer slowly, until pork chops are well-done.
