- Salt and pepper, to taste
Special Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] barbecue sauce
- A little garlic saltl
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] tomato juice

- Bring togehter all special sauce ingredients [water, barbecue sauce, garlic salt, honey and tomato juice] to a boil.
- Meanwhile, brown pork slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Salt and pepper pork slices.
- Serve pork slices, coated with really hot special sauce.
