Pork Slices with a Special Sauce

  • Pork slices
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Special Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] barbecue sauce
  • A little garlic saltl
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] tomato juice
  • Bring togehter all special sauce ingredients [water, barbecue sauce, garlic salt, honey and tomato juice] to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, brown pork slices until golden brown on both sides.
  • Salt and pepper pork slices.
  • Serve pork slices, coated with really hot special sauce.
