- 2 or 3 potatoes, each cut into quarters, into 8 segments or into fries
- Approximately 1 teaspoon [5 g] melted butter per potato
- Grated Parmesan cheese [optional]
- Chopped parsely [optional]
- Vegetable non-stick spray

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- If desired, peel potatoes keeping in mind that potato peel contains lots of nutritious substances, then cut potatoes.
- Arrange potato pieces into a bowl and stir in melted butter, or, to avoid having a bowl to clean, brush potato pieces with melted butter using a pastry brush.
- If desired, sprinkle potato pieces with a little grated Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley... delicious!
- Arrange potato pieces onto a baking sheet, already sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Brown potato pieces into preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden.
