Fruitful Yogurt for Babies and Toddlers

  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] fresh or frozen thawed blueberries
  • 1/2 small peach, peeled, stoned then sliced
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] orange juice
  • Into a food processor using steel blade, puree together all ingredients into a more or less liquid puree, according to desired smoothness.
