Carrot Apple Puree for Babies and Toddlers
Servings: 2 or 3
  • 1 carrot, scraped then sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] butter or margarine
  • Steam together carrot and apple slices until really soft.
  • Puree or crush mixture, mixing in milk and butter or margarine.
