- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] pureed cooked vegetable such as carrot, peas or sweet potato

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Beat together egg yolks, milk and vegetable puree.
- Pour mixture into 2 buttered custard cups.
- Bake into preheated oven, until set.
