Vegetable Custard for Toddlers
Servings: 2
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] pureed cooked vegetable such as carrot, peas or sweet potato
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Beat together egg yolks, milk and vegetable puree.
  • Pour mixture into 2 buttered custard cups.
  • Bake into preheated oven, until set.
