- 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
- Boiling water
- 2 cups [500 mL] rinsed under cold running water then stalked fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] lemon juice
- 2 cups [500 mL] plain yogurt, homemade or not

- Dissolve sugar into a little boiling water.
- Into a blender or a food processor, puree together cleaned strawberries, lemon juice and dissolved sugar, until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and well mix in yogurt.
- Refrigerate this soup until ready to serve, really cold.
