Cold Strawberry Soup for Toddlers
Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
  • Boiling water
  • 2 cups [500 mL] rinsed under cold running water then stalked fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 cups [500 mL] plain yogurt, homemade or not
  • Dissolve sugar into a little boiling water.
  • Into a blender or a food processor, puree together cleaned strawberries, lemon juice and dissolved sugar, until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and well mix in yogurt.
  • Refrigerate this soup until ready to serve, really cold.
