- 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh or frozen green peas
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly or canned finely chopped pineapple with juice
- 1 small peeled and seede ripe tomato, finely chopped with juice

- Into a small casserole, mix together green peas, finely chopped pineapple with juice and finely chopped tomato with juice.
- Cook mixture over low heat stirring from time to time, until all ingredients are really soft.
- Puree or crush mixture until of desired consistency.
