Tomato, Green Pea and Pineapple Puree for Babies and Toddlers

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh or frozen green peas
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly or canned finely chopped pineapple with juice
  • 1 small peeled and seede ripe tomato, finely chopped with juice
  • Into a small casserole, mix together green peas, finely chopped pineapple with juice and finely chopped tomato with juice.
  • Cook mixture over low heat stirring from time to time, until all ingredients are really soft.
  • Puree or crush mixture until of desired consistency.
