- 2 cups [500 mL] apple juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] unflavored gelatine

- Pour 1/2 cup [125 mL] of apple juice into a bowl.
- Into a casserole, bring rremaining apple juice to a boil.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over reservec apple juice; leave gelatine to swell for 1 minute.
- Pour hot apple juice over swollen gelatine.
- Stir to completely melt gelatine.
- Pour hot apple gelatine into a mold or individual cups, already cooled under cold running water.
- Refrigerate until well set, before serving.
