Apple Gelatine for Toddlers

  • 2 cups [500 mL] apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] unflavored gelatine
  • Pour 1/2 cup [125 mL] of apple juice into a bowl.
  • Into a casserole, bring rremaining apple juice to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over reservec apple juice; leave gelatine to swell for 1 minute.
  • Pour hot apple juice over swollen gelatine.
  • Stir to completely melt gelatine.
  • Pour hot apple gelatine into a mold or individual cups, already cooled under cold running water.
  • Refrigerate until well set, before serving.
