- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cottage cheese
ou 2 tablespoons [30 mL] boiled rice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] butter or margarine

- Into a bowl, well well beat together cottage or rice, and egg.
- Melt butter or margarine into a frypan; pour in beaten egg mixture.
- Cook stirring over medium-low heat, until egg is well-done.
