Scrambled Eggs with Cottage Cheese or Rice for Toddlers

  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cottage cheese
    ou
    2 tablespoons [30 mL] boiled rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] butter or margarine
  • Into a bowl, well well beat together cottage or rice, and egg.
  • Melt butter or margarine into a frypan; pour in beaten egg mixture.
  • Cook stirring over medium-low heat, until egg is well-done.
