Vegetable Tofu for Toddlers
Servings: 1 + 1 adult
  • 1 peeled small sweet potato, diced
  • 1 craped small carrot, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter or margarine
  • 2 ounces [60 g] bean curd
  • Steam together potato dices and carrot slices until soft.
  • Well puree together sweet potato dices, carrot slices, butter or margarine and bean curd.
  • Serve immediately.
