- 1 peeled small sweet potato, diced
- 1 craped small carrot, sliced
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter or margarine
- 2 ounces [60 g] bean curd

- Steam together potato dices and carrot slices until soft.
- Well puree together sweet potato dices, carrot slices, butter or margarine and bean curd.
- Serve immediately.
