Oven-Baked Fish Fillet for Toddlers
Comments: Excellent served along with an oven-baked sweet potato, and small green peas.
Servings: 1 toddler + 1 adult

  • 1 small, approximately 4 ounces [113 g], skinned thick fish fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] chopped parsley
  • Oil
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Cut fish fillet into small pieces; arrange into an oiled oven-safe dish.
  • Into a bowl, beat together egg, milk, dill and chopped parsley.
  • Pour mixture all over fish fillet pieces.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish pieces can easily be broken-up with a fork and are white inside-out.
