- 1 small, approximately 4 ounces [113 g], skinned thick fish fillet
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] dill
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] chopped parsley

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Cut fish fillet into small pieces; arrange into an oiled oven-safe dish.
- Into a bowl, beat together egg, milk, dill and chopped parsley.
- Pour mixture all over fish fillet pieces.
- Bake into preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish pieces can easily be broken-up with a fork and are white inside-out.
