- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] olive oil
- 1 peeled garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] drained oil-packed sweet red pepper, diced
- 2 cups [500 mL] finely chopped cooked broccoli
- 1 cup [250 mL] cooked macaroni elbow noodles

- Preheat olive oil into a frypan.
- Stir-fry together crushed garlic and sweet red pepper dices for 30 seconds.
- Stir in cooked macaroni noodles and finely chopped cooked broccoli.
- Cook over low heat to well blend flavors, until warm.
