Maccaroni Broccoli Stir-Fry for Toddlers

  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] olive oil
  • 1 peeled garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] drained oil-packed sweet red pepper, diced
  • 2 cups [500 mL] finely chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cooked macaroni elbow noodles
  • Preheat olive oil into a frypan.
  • Stir-fry together crushed garlic and sweet red pepper dices for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in cooked macaroni noodles and finely chopped cooked broccoli.
  • Cook over low heat to well blend flavors, until warm.
