Fried Mushroom Tofu for Toddlers
Servings: 1 toddler + 1 adult
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped onion
  • 3 cleaned fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] boiled green peas
  • 3 ounces [85 g] bean curd, diced
  • Heat peanut oil into a frypan; brown chopped onion.
  • Mix in mushroom slices, green peas and bean curd dices.
  • Cook stirring over medium heat, to brown bean curd dices on all sides.
