- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped onion
- 3 cleaned fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] boiled green peas
- 3 ounces [85 g] bean curd, diced

- Heat peanut oil into a frypan; brown chopped onion.
- Mix in mushroom slices, green peas and bean curd dices.
- Cook stirring over medium heat, to brown bean curd dices on all sides.
