  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 freshly peeled stoned apricots, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] whipped cream
  • Puree banan slices until more or less smooth, to taste.
  • Transfer puree into a small bowl; cover banana puree with apricot puree.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, and serve.
