- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 freshly peeled stoned apricots, pureed
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] whipped cream

- Puree banan slices until more or less smooth, to taste.
- Transfer puree into a small bowl; cover banana puree with apricot puree.
- Garnish with whipped cream, and serve.
