Golden Chicken and Beef Meatballs for Toddlers
Servings: 1 toddler + 1 adult
IngredientsPreparation
  • 5 ounces [142 g] ground surlonge beef or turkey
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] fine breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grated onion
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] water
  • Hint of salt [optional]
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vegetable oil
  • Into a bowl, well mix together ground beef or turkey, fine breadcrumbs, grated onion, water and, if desired, salt.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch [2.5-cm] meatballs.
  • Over low heat, heat vegetable oil into a frypan.
  • Brown meatballs until golden on all sides, until really well-done.
