- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] fruit puree [banana, prune, pear or peach, or a mixture of any 2 fruits]
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] vanilla extract
- Butter [to grease cups]

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Well beat egg yolks.
- Well mix in fruit[s] puree, milk and vanilla extract.
- Beat until smooth.
- Lightly butter 2 individual custard cups; evenly pour in mixture.
- Bake into preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, until set.
- Leave to cool completely; refrigerate until ready to serve.
