- 3/4 cup [190 mL] strawberry jam
- 4 bananas
- 2 Graham crackers, crushed

- Prepare a charcoal fire on the spot provided on your site; preheat until medium-hot.
- Heat strawberry jam into a disposable small aluminum dish on rack over medium-hot embers until hot yet not boiling.
- Peel and slice one banana on each of 4 individual plates.
- Evenly pour hot straberry jam all over banana slices.
- Sprinkle all over with Graham craker crumbs, and serve.
