Hot Strawberry Jam Coated Bananas [camp fire]

  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] strawberry jam
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 Graham crackers, crushed
  • Prepare a charcoal fire on the spot provided on your site; preheat until medium-hot.
  • Heat strawberry jam into a disposable small aluminum dish on rack over medium-hot embers until hot yet not boiling.
  • Peel and slice one banana on each of 4 individual plates.
  • Evenly pour hot straberry jam all over banana slices.
  • Sprinkle all over with Graham craker crumbs, and serve.
