Fast and easy, this salad will please the whole family.
It is important to choose ripe, ready-to-eat yet not too ripe bananas [keep too ripe bananas to bake a banana bread].

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup [180 mL] mayonnaise-style salad dressing
- 2/3 cup [180 mL] finely chopped nuts
|
- Peel then roll whole bananas into salad dressing and then into finely chopped nuts, until well coated.
- Cool coated bananas into the cooler until ready to serve.
