Tuna Fish Salad
Comments: Excellent served garnished with tomato wedges, along with toast triangles.

  • 1 [6 1/2-ounce / 184-mL] can tuna fish, drained
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped celery
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Into a disposable aluminum bowl, mix together drained tuna fish, mayonnaise, sweet relish, chopped celery and green onion slices.
  • Cover bowl and cool salad in cooler until ready to serve.
