Garnished Twice Hot Dogs [camp fire]

Servings: 4 to 8
  • 8 giant wieners
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 4 cheese slices, halved
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • Prepare a charcoal fire on the spot provided on your site; preheat until medium.
  • Heat a disposble frypan on rack over medium embers.
  • Wrap each wiener with a slice of bacon.
  • Fry wieners into frypan until bacon is crunchy; drain melted fat.
  • Arrange one half slice of cheese onto each wiener; heat to melt the cheese.
  • Arrange wieners in hot dog buns, and serve.
