- 1 cup [250 mL] granola cereals
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] salted roasted soy beans
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped dates
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins

- Into a medium bowl using a wooden spoon, mix together granola cereals, salted sunflower seeds and roasted soy beans, chopped dates and raisins.
- Keep mixture into airtight jars or plastic containers.
