  • 1 cup [250 mL] granola cereals
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] salted roasted soy beans
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
  • Into a medium bowl using a wooden spoon, mix together granola cereals, salted sunflower seeds and roasted soy beans, chopped dates and raisins.
  • Keep mixture into airtight jars or plastic containers.
