- 1 freshly peeled or well-drained canned peach half
- 1 large marshmallow
- Arrange peach half, hollowed side up, into the middle of a heavy sheet al foil.
- Center marshmallow on top of peach half.
- Thicktly wrap into al foil.
- Cook over really hot coals for 5 to 10 minutes, turning wrapper over once.
- Serve, really hot.
