  • 1 freshly peeled or well-drained canned peach half
  • 1 large marshmallow
  • Arrange peach half, hollowed side up, into the middle of a heavy sheet al foil.
  • Center marshmallow on top of peach half.
  • Thicktly wrap into al foil.
  • Cook over really hot coals for 5 to 10 minutes, turning wrapper over once.
  • Serve, really hot.
