  • 1 [32-ounce / 900-g] bar Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] Mexican salsa
  • Plain corn chips
  • Heat together Velveeta cheese dices and Mexican salsa into a small casserole to completely melt cheese dices, until well blended.
  • Serve into a small dipping bowl, along with corn chips.
