  • 4 small long crusty rolls
  • Mustard, to taste
  • Drained hot pepper slices, to taste
  • Cook Italian sausages onto barbecue rack or into a frypan over an open fire until done.
  • Half crusty roll lenghtwise.
  • Sutff rolls with Italian sausages.
  • Garnish with mustard and drained hot pepper slices, and enjoy.
