- 4 Italian sausages
- 4 small long crusty rolls
- Mustard, to taste
- Drained hot pepper slices, to taste

- Cook Italian sausages onto barbecue rack or into a frypan over an open fire until done.
- Half crusty roll lenghtwise.
- Sutff rolls with Italian sausages.
- Garnish with mustard and drained hot pepper slices, and enjoy.
