- 2 small kaiser rolls,halved
- 2 ground chicken patties
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] mayonnaise-style salad dressing
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices tomato

- Grill chicken patties turning once onto directly onto hot barbecue or camp fire rack or into a frypan, until no longer pink inside uire les galettes de poulet sur le B.B.Q. ou dans une poêle à frire.
- Grill kaiser roll halves until golden.
- Coat bottom half of kaiser rolls with mayonnaise; top with chicken patties.
- Garnish with each with a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.
