- 2 bread slices
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] bacon bits
- White cheese [optional]
- Preheat camp fire or barbecue to medium intensity.
- Using a glass, make a hole in the middle of each slice of bread.
- Heat margarine into a large frypan.
- Lay bread slices side-by-side into frypan.
- Break eggs in the middle of bread slices.
- Evenly sprinkle eggs with bacon bits.
- If desired, top eggs with white cheese.
- Cook for a few minutes, until eggs are done to taste.
