Camper's Breakfast [barbecue or camp fire]
Comments: A frypan is needed.

  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] bacon bits
  • White cheese [optional]
  • Preheat camp fire or barbecue to medium intensity.
  • Using a glass, make a hole in the middle of each slice of bread.
  • Heat margarine into a large frypan.
  • Lay bread slices side-by-side into frypan.
  • Break eggs in the middle of bread slices.
  • Evenly sprinkle eggs with bacon bits.
  • If desired, top eggs with white cheese.
  • Cook for a few minutes, until eggs are done to taste.
