If desired, top egg with a golden slice of ham or pork sausage patty.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1/2 slice cheese
|
- Into a frypan, fry egg onto hot barbecue or camp fire rack until done turning egg over once.
- Halve and toast muffin halves.
- Transfer egg over bottom half of muffin.
- Top with 1/2 slice of cheese, then with remaining muffin half.
