McCamping Egg [barbecue or camp fire]

Comments: If desired, top egg with a golden slice of ham or pork sausage patty.

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 slice cheese
  • Into a frypan, fry egg onto hot barbecue or camp fire rack until done turning egg over once.
  • Halve and toast muffin halves.
  • Transfer egg over bottom half of muffin.
  • Top with 1/2 slice of cheese, then with remaining muffin half.
