Camper's Rice [barbecue or camp fire]

Comments:	A small casserole and a frying pan are needed. If desired serve this rice along with egg-rolls after reheating them onto barbecue or campfire rack, or into a frypan over low heat.

Ingredients	Preparation
1 cup [250 mL] 5-minute white rice 1 onion, diced 1 sweet pepper, membranes removed and seeded, diced 1 [6 1/2-ounce / 184-g] can well-drained turkey or chicken, diced 1 tablespoon [15 mL] soy sauce Fat	Boil rice following into salted boiling water until 'al dente'; drain well. Stir fry together onion and sweet pepper dices for approximately 5 minutes. Mix in drained rice, turkey or chicken dices and soy sauce until well-blended. Reheat until hot.
