Chocolate Mix
- 1 box dry skim milk flakes [enough for 32 ounces / 8 L milk]
- 1 [6-ounce / 170-g] jar powdered cream substitute
- 1 pound [454 g] icing sugar, sifted
- 1 [16-ounce / 454-g] can sweetened hot chocolat milk powder
To Serve
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chocolate mix per serving
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] boiling water per serving

- Well mix together all chocolate mix ingredients.
- Keep into an airtight container.
- To serve, dilute enough chocolate mix into boiling water for each serving.
