- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespon [15 mL] milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced onion
- 2 slices cooked ham, minced
- Well mix together all ingredients.
- Cook into a buttered frypan onto barbecue or camp fire rack over warm embers until done to taste, turning omelet over once.
