Outdoor Omelet [barbecue or camp fire]

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespon [15 mL] milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced onion
  • 2 slices cooked ham, minced
  • Butter
  • Well mix together all ingredients.
  • Cook into a buttered frypan onto barbecue or camp fire rack over warm embers until done to taste, turning omelet over once.
