Steak and Eggs [camp fire]
To start your day off right...
*Use 4 eggs for a lighter breakfast, 8 for heartier appetites.
2 tablespoons [30 g] butter or margarine
4 breakfast steaks, cubed
4 to 8 eggs*
Salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter or margarine into an al foil skillet onto camp fire rack over medium-hot coals.
Stir in meat cubes until browned on both sides.
Stir in eggs; salt and pepper stirring until eggs are done.
