Steak and Eggs [camp fire]

*Use 4 eggs for a lighter breakfast, 8 for heartier appetites.
Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter or margarine
  • 4 breakfast steaks, cubed
  • 4 to 8 eggs*
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Melt butter or margarine into an al foil skillet onto camp fire rack over medium-hot coals.
  • Stir in meat cubes until browned on both sides.
  • Stir in eggs; salt and pepper stirring until eggs are done.
