White and Green Floret Salad

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cauliflower florets
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] green onion slices
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] Itallian salad dressing
  • Croutons, to taste [optional]
  • Well mix together all ingredients into an al foil bowl.
  • Chill into a cooler until ready to serve, topped with croutons if desired.
