Bacon Flavored Chicken Whites [camp fire]

Comments: Excellent served along with brown rice.
Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken whites
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Place each chicken white on tis own double thick sheet of heavy duty al foil.
  • Evenly arrange cooked bacon slices, potato quarters and carrot slices on top and around chicken whites.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Seal pockets.
  • Transfer onto camp fire rack over hot coals.
  • Cook for 45 to 50 minutes, until chicken whites are done.
  • Drain juices before serving.
