- 4 chicken whites
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Place each chicken white on tis own double thick sheet of heavy duty al foil.
- Evenly arrange cooked bacon slices, potato quarters and carrot slices on top and around chicken whites.
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Seal pockets.
- Transfer onto camp fire rack over hot coals.
- Cook for 45 to 50 minutes, until chicken whites are done.
- Drain juices before serving.
