Vegetable Medley Salad

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced and seeds removed
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled then shredded
  • 1 cup [250 mL] broccoli florets
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cauliflower florets
  • 1 small 12-ounce [250 mL] bottle any desired salad dressing
  • Mix together all vegetable pieces into a bowl.
  • Mix in salad dressing until well-coated.
  • Cove and chill in the cooler until ready to serve.
