- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced and seeds removed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled then shredded
- 1 cup [250 mL] broccoli florets
- 1 cup [250 mL] cauliflower florets
- 1 small 12-ounce [250 mL] bottle any desired salad dressing

- Mix together all vegetable pieces into a bowl.
- Mix in salad dressing until well-coated.
- Cove and chill in the cooler until ready to serve.
