- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] ketchup
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
- 2 teaspoons [10 g] sugar
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] finely minced white onion
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
- Dash of black pepper

- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir well.
- Pour dressing into a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally, so that the sugar dissolves and the flavors blend.
