- 1\2 cup [125 mL] cooked Maine lobster meat dices [fresh is best]
- 1 1\2 tablespoon [22.5 mL] mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 small hoagie roll

- Mix together lobster dices, mayonnaise and salt.
- Half hoagie roll lengthwise.
- Lay lettuce leaf over bottom half.
- Spread lobster mixture all over lettuce.
- Top off sandwich with top half of roll.
