- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] finely minced onion
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] shredded then finely chopped carrot, bits the size of rice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 g] sugar
