- 3 whole chicken breasts, halved
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
- 1 [4-ounce / 114-mL] can sliced mushrooms, drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Arrange chicken pieces into crock pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together dry white wine or chicken broth and cream of chicken soup concentrate.
- Pour over chicken pieces.
- Add mushroom silces.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or high 3 to 4 hours.
