BBQ Chicken Wings

  • 5 pounds [2,.27 kg] chicken wings, tips cut-off
  • 12 ounce [375 mL] chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 tablespooon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespooons [30 mL] molasses
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] salt
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] hot pepper sauce
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • Arrange chicken wings into crock pot.
  • Combine chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, salt, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt; pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
