- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 2 tablespons [30 mL] raisins
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cinnamon
- 5 or 6 medium apples, cored about 1 inch [2.5 cm] down, and peeled
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] water

- Mix together sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
- Stuff apples with sugar mixture then evenly dot apples with butter.
- Pour water into slow cooker, then arrange stuffed apples into slow cooker.
- Cook on 'LOW' for 7 to 8 hours.
