Chili Cheese Dip
Comments: Serve along with taco chips, or tostitos.
  • 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground beef, browned stirring and drained
  • 1 pound [454 g] yellow cream cheese bar, cubes
  • 1 cup [250 mL] mild, medium or hot salsa
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chili, with or without beans
  • Mix together all ingredients into a crock pot.
  • Reheat to completely melt cheese, before serving.
