Italian Salad Dressing Chicken Whites

  • 4 chicken whites
  • 4 potatoes, peeled then sliced into thick slices
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup [250 mL] Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Parmesan cheese
  • Flour
  • A little cooking oil
  • Heat oil into a frypan until really hot.
  • Flour then brown chicken whites into hot oil; remove from heat and reserve.
  • Arrange potato slices over the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle all over with Italian seasoning, pour in Itallian salad dressing then add grated Parmesan cheese; mix until well coated.
  • Arrange chicken whites on top of seasoned potato slices; cover slow cooker.
  • Cook on 'LOW' for 8 to 10 hours, or on 'HIGH' for 4 to 6 hours
